(a) the start and finish date, and length of the tour you wish to participate in
(b) your accommodation preference (homestay not available for this option)

Whenever you write a calendar date - please write the year first, then the month, then the day. For Example: if you want to write 2003/DECEMBER/21 then write it as 03/12/21 - if you do not then the form will not transfer into the database correctly.
